I’ve always loved technology. This passion led me to study Business Computing and become a software developer, where I watched tech evolve from complex tools into everyday essentials. Naturally, I became my family’s tech helper - whether I was guiding my mother-in-law through her smartphone or keeping all our devices in sync.

As my kids got older, I took on a part-time role helping seniors navigate technology. Many of them were less familiar with tools like Zoom, Dropbox, and those “not-so-simple” smartphones. I guided them step-by-step, whether it was joining a video call, sharing files, or just adjusting settings on their phones. Watching their confidence grow with each session was incredibly rewarding. Sharing these stories with friends and family sparked a new idea: creating a program to help even more seniors feel comfortable and confident in today’s digital world.
